I switched to Martin after being with Miracle Ear for several years. Martin is knowledgeable, available and gave me great hearing aids and just the sort of hands-on advice to help me sort the glitches which occur from ear wax build up to lost aid replacement.

Went into Elbin Hearing center in Nitro and was really pleased with the expertise demonstrated by Mr. Elbin. Took about 1 1/2 hours for the initial visit. Hearing aids came in within 1 week and the followup with the center was great. Everything was explained clearly and in layman's terms....
