I've got to say that being my first experience in my quest for hearing enhancement, this was a really pleasant experience. The office was easy to find and parking was perfect. The audiologist who did the testing and answered all my questions was Donna Workman and she did a first rate job. I told her going in what I expected and needed her to do and she filled in all the blanks for me and did not leaving me wondering in any area. She explained the testing before hand and taking the test was a snap. So in closing, a great visit and a good review especially for my audiologist Donna Workman.

Went into Elbin Hearing center in Nitro and was really pleased with the expertise demonstrated by Mr. Elbin. Took about 1 1/2 hours for the initial visit. Hearing aids came in within 1 week and the followup with the center was great. Everything was explained clearly and in layman's terms. Would absolutely recommend this center for ANY hearing problems you might have.

“Finally having the volume on the TV normal for my wife is pretty cool. And to stream the TV sound wirelessly, without having a cord hanging over me, feels very free and natural for me.”

I cannot even begin to praise on how I love my hearing aids. My girls had to ask me to turn up the TV. I didn’t realize how much my hearing was lost until I got my hearing aids.
Martin answered all of the question my girls and I had. Martin also took the time to show me how my hearing aids work and how to take care of them at home, he was in no hurry to show my girls also. It is nice to be treated like a person instead of a number.
Every time I stop by to get batteries or have my hearing aids cleaned I am met by Donna with a big smile wanting to help me any way she can. These days not many offices treat you like you’re part of the family.
